Privacy Policy

FactoryFlow+ helps users manage Lean and continuous-improvement activities. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information collected
- Account information, such as name and email address.
- Practitioner-profile information, including role, plant or area, and default shop rate.
- Projects, observations, analyses, actions, savings inputs, and report content.
- Photos selected or captured as improvement evidence.
- Subscription status and purchase identifiers supplied by Apple. FactoryFlow+ does not receive full payment-card details.
- Technical information needed for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and synchronize the app, retain user-created work, generate reports, verify subscription access, support users, protect the service, and improve reliability.
Photos and camera
Camera and photo-library access occurs only after the user chooses a photo feature. Photos are used as evidence within improvement work and are not used for advertising.
Sharing
FactoryFlow+ does not sell personal information or use it to track users across other companies’ apps or websites. Information may be processed by providers used for authentication, hosting, storage, support, and subscription validation, or disclosed when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Users can delete content and their account from the Profile screen. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Security and international processing
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used. Information may be processed in other countries with appropriate safeguards where required.
Children
FactoryFlow+ is intended for workplace users and is not directed to children under 13.
Contact and changes
Privacy questions may be directed through the FactoryFlow+ Support page. Material policy changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate method.
